Marco Design Co. Opens its Doors
Being a part of the Indianapolis creative community over the last five years has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve made friendships, worked alongside my mentors, and learned from the brightest in the business. Seriously. I’ve been incredibly lucky to know some of the faces and stories behind the organizations and movements shaping Indianapolis into such a thriving, world-class city. One that I’m proud to call home. I’m grateful for the experiences that have opened countless doors for me and have inspired me to open a very important door for myself. Today, I’m beside myself as I announce that Marco Design Co. is officially open for business!
Marco Design Co. is a new creative studio with a knack for crafting ambitious and authentic brand identities through a process of close collaboration and meticulous design execution. Whether your organization is striving to make a difference in your community or your startup is positioned to upend an industry, you have a story worth telling in the most insightful and imaginative way possible. We can tell that story better together with a brand spankin’ new logo, a killer illustration, a kick ass website, or a combination of those things and more. In short, we think that thing you do is awesome. Let’s craft a compelling story that tells the world why.
As for my personal story, it wouldn’t have found its way here, had it not been for the continued generosity and support of a handful of influential people who have helped me make this new endeavor a reality. Thanks for having me as your draft pick, Josh. Thanks for getting me to stop calling the typeface a font, Brian. Thanks for literally everything, Jon and Stacey. Thanks for giving me the ball and allowing me to run with it, Amy, Matt and Ken. Thanks for showing me how to Design with a capital D, BP. And thanks to all the creative beacons shining in Indy and abroad. Your light encourages others to shine more brightly.
So friends, remember where you came from. Start that thing. Make it great. Call me so I can brand it. Or at least reach out to one of my friends who I know will treat you and your project as earnestly and candidly as they’ve treated me over the years.
